The location was very convenient. It was close to many attractions. The beds were comfortable and I slept well. The room was spacious and clean, good.

The elevators were slow. It took a while to get up and down. The gym was small. It only had a few machines. The breakfast was expensive. It cost too much for what you got.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's very close to iconic stores. The hotel's proximity to Central Park is great. The room I had was spacious, a great aspect.

The front desk staff wasn't always helpful, a slight disappointment. I found that some services mentioned online were unavailable. I was also charged an unexpected daily "facility fee.
