Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Park Central had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the location is fantastic, close to both Central Park and Times Square, making it easy to explore the city. I was impressed by the friendly staff, especially Elizabeth, who was incredibly helpful. However, I did experience issues with housekeeping, specifically a lack of towels replenished during my stay, and my interactions with the front desk could have been better. The elevators were also quite crowded during peak times, which was a bit frustrating.
The hotel has a bustling atmosphere, and the location is perfect for Broadway shows and local eateries. The rooms are decent in size and the staff is quite welcoming. However, the noise from the street is bothersome at night, and the cleanliness of the room during my stay did not meet expectations.
